EU programmes

Where marketing services
can be funded.

There is no single EU grant for marketing. Most money reaches companies through national and regional programmes, while a few EU-wide schemes support SMEs directly. These are the sources that matter for marketing and digital services, with their status at our last check.

Cohesion policy programmes in each member state

National and regional programmes fund SME digitalisation, internationalisation and competitiveness. Their calls often accept websites and online shops, CRM and analytics, market studies, staff training and the mandatory publicity measures.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a website be paid for with EU funds?

In many digitalisation calls, presentation websites and online shops are eligible as custom software for online presence. The website must be part of the digitalisation plan and described with specifications in the quote.

Are Google and Meta ads eligible?

Advertising spend usually is not. Setting up measurement, CRM and landing pages can be included as a service if the call guidelines allow it.

What does ctrl.fund do and what does ITargetMarketing do?

ctrl.fund, our partner, checks eligibility and writes and manages the funding application. ITargetMarketing delivers the marketing and digital services in the project, with quotes, specifications and acceptance documents.

Can a non-EU company use EU funds?

Through a company registered in an EU member state, if it meets the call conditions. Group size matters: SME status counts linked and partner enterprises, including a parent company outside the EU.

Do you provide quotes in the format the funding file requires?

Yes: quotes with technical specifications, deliverables, deadlines, prices in euro without VAT and a validity period that covers the evaluation.

Do you guarantee approval?

No. Eligibility and scoring are decided by the call guidelines and the evaluators. We guarantee accurate quotes, on-time delivery and complete documents for reimbursement.
